Excellent cutting properties, a constant dredging output in both directions of swing, and the almost complete

Cutting edges and replaceable teeth
Bucket wheel dredgers of various inches can be used for different soil types, from peat and clay to sand and soft rock. The buckets can be fitted with either smooth cutting edges or replaceable teeth of the pick point, chisel point or flared point variety.These replaceable teeth are the same as those used on cutter heads. Standard dredging wheels are available in a power range from 20 to 1,000kW and outputs of up to 10,000 tonnes/h.
Minimal blockages
Bucket wheel dredgers of various inches essentially consists of a hub and a ring connected by bottomless buckets which excavate the soil. The scraper of the suction mouth penetrates into the bottomless buckets, and guides the mixture flow towards the suction opening, which is in direct contact with the
buckets. The scraper completely prevents clogging of the buckets.
As the buckets, suction mouth and scraper are oriented in the same plane, the mixture flow is very smooth.
Designed for purpose
Depending on the power required, the drive mechanism can consist of one single hydraulic motor mounted in a steel housing or can be a gearbox with several hydraulic drives. For special purposes electric drives .For special purposes electric drives may also be used. The gearboxes used on the dredging wheels are designed specifically for the purpose since they are required to transfer all loads from the wheel (with bearings on one side only) to the ladder. The gearbox and the bearings are designed for optimal lifetime.The special sealing arrangement protects the power train from wear and damage caused by the ingress of soil.Dredging wheels are supplied as complete units, including drive and ladder adapter. They can be used on standard and customised wheel dredgers, or as replacements for cutter or wheel installations on existing dredgers.

In actual practice, properties may vary from free-flowing, easily excavated to compacted,hard-to-excavate material. A complete set of tools will be supplied with the dredger for assembly and to carry out all major overhauls, including specialist’s service tools that may be required for Industrial Diesel Engine. A total set of recommend spare parts will come along with dredger to support clients operation dredger for one year with no problems. |

The seller will provide 12-months guarantee for the quality of the diesel engine, dredger hulls, motors, gearbox, hydraulic system and other main equipment. The warranty time starts from the working time of the dredger. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover accidental, malicious damage, careless or wrongful operation of the dredger of any equipment of the dredger. Wear-out parts are not warranty. The seller should provide the spare parts on time to the buyer when needed, and the cost paid by the buyer. |

Testing in the testing center before shipment |

24 inch bucket wheel dredger is complete for testing in the testing center before ex-factory, in order to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, it is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. After testing, the dredge will be not tested in the working site and can directly working after assembly in the working place. Usually, the buyer can also supervise the testing process before dismantle the dredger. |

A. Preparing work before testing |

(1). Before 2 weeks of dredger testing, we will inform customers to our factory for dredger testing; If customer cannot come, videos and pictures will be sent to them for references. |

(1). Check working condition of electricity connection when all machines are working. |

C. After testing |
|||
(1). After testing finished, all equipment performances and testing recorded will be printed as report. After all report finished, send to customer as review. |
